【材料】(4~6人前)
[揚げ餅]
●餅適量
●米油(普通のサラダ油でもOK)
[八宝菜(海鮮餡かけソース)]
●にんじん:1本
●椎茸:4個
●うずらの卵適量
●キクラゲ適量
●白菜:1/4個
●冷凍えび適量
●冷凍いか適量
お酒、片栗粉(海鮮の下処理用)
●豚バラ肉:約300g
塩コショウ、片栗粉、お酒(豚の下処理用)
●海鮮味覇:大さじ1(味覇、創味シャンタンでもOK)
●オイスターソース:大さじ1
●醤油:25ml
●お酒:50ml
●水:約400ml
●水溶き片栗粉適量
●黒コショウ
●ごま油
お好みで最後にごま油少々入れると香りが引き立ちます。
味変でお酢を入れてもさっぱりしてとても美味しいです。
※海鮮味覇を使わない場合は最後に味見をして砂糖少々、醤油をお好みで足してあげて下さい。

こうちゃんの新年一発目の料理『香ばし揚げ餅の海鮮餡かけ』作りました。
揚げたお餅から海鮮おこげのような芳ばしい香りがしてきて
それだけでとても食欲そそります。
そこに旨みたっぷりの海鮮餡かけをかけるともう言葉にならない美味しさに…。
揚げたお餅に海鮮餡かけソースが良くからんでめちゃくちゃ旨いです。
色んな食感もあってお口の中も最後までずっと楽しいですよ♪
お餅が余ってなくても絶対食べたくなる逸品だと思います。
作り方もとても簡単なので是非作ってみて下さい。
【Ingredients】(serves 4~6 people)
[Deep Fried Mochi]
● Mochi: as much as you like
● Rice oil (you can use normal vegetable oil instead)
[Happosai (Seafood in starchy sauce)]
● Carrot: 1 whole
● Shiitake: 4 mushrooms
● Quail eggs: as many as you like
● Wood ear mushroom: as much as you like
● Chinese cabbage: 1/4 of one head
● Frozen shrimps: as much as you like
● Frozen squid: as much as you like
Sake, potato starch (to pretreat the seafood)
● Pork belly: about 300g
Salt and pepper, potato starch, sake (to pretreat the pork)
● Seafood weipa:1 tbsp (you can use weipa or soaji shantung instead)
● Oyster sauce: 1 tbsp
● Soy sauce: 25ml
● Sake: 50ml
● Water: about 400ml
● Potato starch: as much as you like
● Black pepper
● Sesame oil
If you add a little bit of sesame oil at the end as seasoning, you can
accentuate the aroma of the dish.
You can also flavor with vinegar. It is delicious and gives the dish a
refreshing taste.
※If you do not use seafood weipa, please add a little sugar and soy
sauce to taste.

i made moon cake for mid-autumn festival;)
it's not Japanese traditional candy Wagashi but Chinese candy.
most of Asian countries enjoy mooncake in mid-autumn fes,but in japan,most people eat mochi(called tsukimi dango) instead of mooncake on the day.
but although i love mooncake,too. so i made it this year!;)
well,happy mid-autumn festival.
ingredients
filling
200g red sweet bean paste koshian
20g black sesame
30g black sesame paste
60g walnuts
20g pignolia nuts
30g dry figs
1tsp pure sesame oil(you can use other cooking oil)
cake dough
100g flour
50g sugar
15g butter(at room temperature)
35g egg
1tsp pure sesame oil(you can use other cooking oil)
baking time preheated 170℃/338℉ oven for 10-15mins
